Reciprocal Privileges for Riverside Members

The intent of reciprocal agreements are to permit full active golf members in good standing to have full playing and Clubhouse privileges at all reciprocal Clubs, subject to the respective host Club’s local rules, regulations, dress code, policies and procedures.

Reciprocal members can play as a Guest with a Riverside member.

Golf arrangements for Riverside members must be made through the General Manager or Head Professional of the visiting Club; at no time should a member contact the desired Club. 

If you are a Riverside member and would like to play a round at one of the reciprocal clubs, please contact Membership Coordinator, Brett Molnar, at least two weeks beforehand to set up your booking.

Alberta

Earl Grey Golf Club - Calgary
  Green fees are waived for visiting members and a mandatory cart fee is applicable for each golf guest at the regular member posted rate. Any food & beverage or Golf Shop purchases will be charged at the same rate that the host Club members pay. A visiting member shall be entitled to play up to two occasions per calendar year at the reciprocal Club. Reciprocity is extended only to the member. Up to three golf guests may be introduced by the visiting member but regular member guest fees will apply to the guest(s) of the visiting member. Bringing guests will be at the discretion of the host Club.
Glencoe Golf & Country Club - Calgary
  Green fees are waived for visiting members. Any food & beverage or Golf Shop purchases must be paid for by cash or credit card. A visiting member shall be entitled to play up to two occasions per calendar year at the reciprocal Club. A reciprocal member shall be entitled to play up to four times per calendar year at the Reciprocal Club. Up to three guests may be introduced at the applicable Guest Fee rate provided that they are accompanied by a reciprocal member.

Silver Springs Golf & Country Club - Calgary
   
Highlands Golf Club - Edmonton
  Green Fees will be waived for visiting members. Any food & beverage, golf cart, or Golf Shop purchases will be charged at the same rate that the host Club members pay. A visiting member shall be entitled to play up to three occasions per calendar year at the reciprocal Club but not more than two occasions in any calendar month. Reciprocity is extended only to the member. Up to three golf guests may be introduced by the visiting member but regular member guest fees will apply to the guest(s) of the visiting member. Bringing guests will be at the discretion of the host Club.

British Columbia

Uplands Golf Club - Victoria
  Green Fees will be waived for the visiting member(s) during the months of April through September only. For the winter months of October through March the Uplands Golf Club would avail access to golf for Riverside members as available at their preferred guest rate (currently) $65 per 18 holes of golf. Any food, beverage, golf cars or pro shop purchases will be charged at the same rate that the host club members pay. A visiting member shall be entitled to play up to three occasions per calendar year at the reciprocal Club but not more than two occasions in any calendar month. Reciprocity is extended only to the member. Up to three golf guests may be introduced by the visiting member but regular member guest fees will apply to the guest(s) of the visiting member. Bringing guests will be at the discretion of the host Club.

Manitoba

Niakwa Golf & Country Club - Winnipeg
  Green Fees will be waived for visiting members. Any food & beverage, golf cart, or Golf Shop purchases will be charged at the same rate that the host Club members pay. A visiting member shall be entitled to play up to three occasions per calendar year at the reciprocal Club but not more than two occasions in any calendar month. Reciprocity is extended only to the member. Up to three golf guests may be introduced by the visiting member but regular member guest fees will apply to the guest(s) of the visiting member. Bringing guests will be at the discretion of the host Club.
St. Charles Country Club - Winnipeg
  Green Fees will be waived for visiting members. Any food & beverage, golf cart, or Golf Shop purchases will be charged at the same rate that the host Club members pay. A visiting member shall be entitled to play up to three occasions per calendar year at the reciprocal Club but not more than two occasions in any calendar month. Reciprocity is extended only to the member. Up to three golf guests may be introduced by the visiting member but regular member guest fees will apply to the guest(s) of the visiting member. Bringing guests will be at the discretion of the host Club. Use of practice facilities without a tee time is not permitted.

During the years from 2022 to 2024 St. Charles will be undergoing renovations that close nine holes per year. During this time, reciprocal tee times are limited to one tee time per day.

Ontario

London Hunt & Country Club - London
  Green Fees will be waived for visiting members. Any food & beverage, golf cart, or Golf Shop purchases will be charged at the same rate that the host Club members pay. A visiting member shall be entitled to play up to three occasions per calendar year at the reciprocal Club but not more than two occasions in any calendar month. Reciprocity is extended only to the member. Up to three golf guests may be introduced by the visiting member but regular member guest fees will apply to the guest(s) of the visiting member. Bringing guests will be at the discretion of the host Club.
Meadowbrook Golf & Country Club - Markham
  Green fees are waived for visiting members. Any food & beverage, golf carts, or pro shop purchases will be charged at the same rate that the host club members pay. A visiting member shall be entitled to play up to three occasions per calendar year at the reciprocal Club but no more than two occasions in any calendar month. Reciprocity is extened only to the member. Up to three golf guests may be introduced by the visitng member but regular guest fees will apply to the guest(s) of the visiting member. 

Saskatchewan

Wascana Country Club - Regina
  Green fees are charged at the regular guest posted rate. Any food, beverage, golf carts or Golf Shop purchases will be charged at the same rate that the host club members pay. A visiting member shall be entitled to play up to three occasions per calendar year at the reciprocal club but not more than two occasions in any calendar month. Reciprocity is extended only to the member. Up to three golf guests may be introduced by the visiting member. Bringing guests will be at the discretion of the host Club.
